I have only made a few other bad reviews in my life and it’s been a couple years by now that a food truck owner beat a baby raccoon to death in front of children and I had much to say. But yet again the situation feels so preventable. Transparency is not a thing anymore at this dentist - Or kindness. Not only do they not tell you something basic for decades is now extra, at check out - they then have the audacity to charge an extra fee if you can’t pay before they close. I had 7 minutes. I didn’t even have the money for an unexpected 85$ then with no shame they added extra and all this in front of other patients. There is no reason the hygienists can’t have a system to check if something is covered before they do it. My dentist always checks. And they have a lot a patients too so that’s a dumb excuse. I don’t know what has happened to them but I’ve been taking my kids here for 15 years and have never ever been spoken to or treated this way, like I was in both billing and the receptionist. In person and on the phone. Trying to explain my situation was so rudely dismissed I was in shock and embarrassed since they don’t care who is around when they act this way. I know they don’t car

Absolutely wonderful I would recommend this dentistry to absolutely anyone with children. They are so friendly & professional. If you have multiple children, it is 10 stars they will book the children next to each other which any parent knows is really hard to get same appointments. It’s incredible absolutely incredible. I cannot say how fantastic they are and this was my first visit with three children. Absolutely go here.

The dentists and hygienists were great! The front office ruined the entire experience. We came in for an emergency visit. The dentist ended up giving us antibiotics and wanted to treat the tooth right away to save it. Apparently, the scheduling staff doesn't care about that and scheduled us a month and a half out. I tried to explain that the dentist told us it needed to happen sooner. I was cut off to hear, "I understand that but the schedule is full." The tone showed me they just wanted to schedule us and get us out the door as soon as possible. They weren't listening, didn't show any compassion or concern for the urgency. They didn't even try to double check with the doctor to see if they need to move their schedule around. After trying to explain the situation repeatedly, all they would offer was to put us on a cancellation list. I had to schedule the appointment, leave the scheduling staff because they were not helping me. I asked for the dentist and he said try to get back in a couple weeks.

This office is amazing! I drive 2 hours one way to bring my boys here. My oldest suffers from severe anxiety and Dr. Jamie and his assistant (I wish I could remember her name —she’s amazing with my children & has a great personality for the job she is doing I’m always so happy to see her in the room) have been more than patient with him! The front office staff are kind and friendly, as soon as you walk in you’re greeted with a smile, and I love how they acknowledge the kids! The waiting room is always clean and kid friendly! The friendly environment really helps ease the anxiety I get from the kids anxiety ❤️😂 I cannot thank them enough for all that they’ve done and put up with for my boys— treating children is not easy and they do it with so much patience and understanding! I won’t take my children anywhere else!

Staff and dentists were very kind and made my children and I feel very comfortable. Love that there is a play area in the waiting room, my children really enjoyed that. I was referred here by my local dentist for my son's dental issues. On the first appointment we agreed to certain treatments that would be executed over the next 3 or 4 appointments. When we return for the first of those appointments, the dentist and nurse totally break the agreements we had and performed services that were never even mentioned. I will never take my children back here.
